NEW children yoga 4-12yrs and Baby Massage/Baby Yoga group starting 3rd September at St Mark’s Parish, Heyside, Oldham. Come and make friends and have fun. Children yoga includes yoga poses, stretches, improve your balance, relaxation, mindfulness, games and stories. Baby massage includes strokes to aid colic and constipation.
